About me

I support organizations and service providers in complex finance, project, and IT transformations to create transparency and controllability.

My focus is on transformation programs in which finance, IT, and business must be brought together into an integrated control logic—especially in project-oriented and service-related environments.

Creating clarity and control in complex finance and transformation environments requires structure, experience, and decisive leadership.

Experience & professional focus

For over 20 years, I have been working in finance, controlling, and IT-related roles in industrial, service, and public sector environments.

I accompany complex transformation programs not as an external observer, but as a responsible sparring partner for executives and program managers—with a clear focus on controllability, decision-making ability, and implementation.

My role in transformations

I work as a senior advisor and transformation lead at the interface between finance, IT, and business.

My job is to structure complexity, establish robust control models, and support management teams in making informed decisions in dynamic transformation environments.

In doing so, I deliberately do not take on any operational line functions, but rather act in a steering, advisory, and responsible capacity.

International experience & working methods

Thanks to my many years of professional experience abroad and my international school and educational background, I am accustomed to working in international and English-speaking management and steering committee environments.

My approach is structured, analytical, and pragmatic—with experience in agile, hybrid, and traditional transformation setups.
