What I do — and how I work
Over 20 years. Six industries. Always the same diagnosis.
The data was available. The systems were up and running. And yet the steering committee was unable to make any decisions—because the control logic was missing.
That’s exactly what I do: I develop the governance and decision-making structures that make a transformation program manageable in the first place—and, as Program Lead, I oversee their implementation. Not as an SAP specialist who generates reports, but as someone who defines how management should work, designs the right structures, and ensures that Finance, IT, and the business are all on the same page.
The result: steering committees with the authority to make decisions. Forecasts based on a clear logic. Finance as a governance body—not merely a provider of numbers.
